Central Laboratories (MNCF) - Micro and Nano Central Charaterization and Fabrication Fcility


The central labs hosts the shared fabrication and characterization laboratories. They encompasses state of the art equipment for realization and general characterization of nano-structures and are headed by the center researchers:
  • Atomic Force Microscopy & Raman Spectrometry, Dr. Artium Khatchtouriants
  • Electron and Ion Microscopy and Lithography Laboratory, Dr. Stanislav Stepanov
  • Micro and nano Fabrication Laboratory, Mr. Zvi Kopolovich
