Follow these steps to become an E-beam room self-user:

  1. To Schedule safety training for the E-beam room please send an email to Inna Shekhtman (please cc Nirit Porecki Shamay).
     
  2. Pls contact Noa Shafir to add your name to TAU-CCNS user mailing list.
     
  3. Budget: If nobody in your group is using the clean room, have your advisor contact Galit Potash to set up an account for internal users.
     
  4. Get trained on the equipment and process you need by using the Tools and Owners table. Select equipment and sent a message to the owner.
    * After training you will be added to the equipment control system to which you must log in before using any equipment.
