Dr. Alexander Gladkikh, Ph.D.
Dr. Alexander Gladkikh received his diploma in physics of metals in 1981 and PhD degree in solid state physics in 1986 from the Kharkov Polytechnic Institute, Ukraine. Since 1992 he worked at the Department of Electrical Engineering – Physical Electronics, Tel Aviv University, and in 1999 he joined The Wolfson Applied Materials Research Center. His main research interests are in microstructural changes and interface phenomena in thin films, with emphasis on electron microscopy and ion mass spectroscopy techniques.
