Access to Cleanroom

Cleanroom Access Procedure
Before attending the cleanroom safety training, you must have a username, and the following steps must be completed:

• Review Cleanroom Introduction
  Read and study the Clean Room Introduction Presentation: the Clean Room Introduction Presentation.
   
• Complete Questionnaire
  Fill out the questionnaire by answering all questions in the Google Form: in the Google form.
   
• Cleanroom Safety Training
  Mandatory for all cleanroom users, Training sessions are conducted once per month and must be coordinated in advance.

  Training may only be attended after completing Sections 1 and 2 above.
   
• Safety Acknowledgment Form
  After completing the training, users must sign the required acknowledgment form, here >>
  Signing this form is mandatory for access approval.
   
• Door Access Authorization
  Only after completing both:
  • Cleanroom Safety Training
  • Safety Acknowledgment Form
    
    Users may contact Ortal Cohen - Tarasov (ortalta@tauex.tau.ac.il) to request cleanroom door access.
     
• Equipment Training & Certification
  Before using any equipment:
  • Contact the engineer responsible for each machine
  • Complete machine-specific training
  • Obtain certification for each machine individually
    
    Certification is required separately for every machine.
