Cleanroom Access Procedure
 

• Cleanroom Safety Training
  Mandatory for all cleanroom users, Training sessions are conducted once per month and must be coordinated in advance.
  Please register for the next available session here: CR Safety Training.xlsx

• Safety Acknowledgment Form
  After completing the training, users must sign the required acknowledgment form
  Signing this form is mandatory for access approval.
   
• Door Access Authorization
  Only after completing both:
  • Cleanroom Safety Training
  • Safety Acknowledgment Form
  • Download STID app
    
    Users may contact Ortal Cohen - Tarasov to request cleanroom door access.
     
• Equipment Training & Certification
  Before using any equipment:
  • Contact the engineer responsible for each machine, owner table
  • Complete machine-specific training to obtain Certification
