Spectra 200 S/TEM

The best information limit is reached at 200 kV and is 0.10 nm for TEM mode and 0.06 nm for STEM mode. In STEM, the resolution is < 0.1nm (1 Anstrom) even at 60 kV. According to the manufacturer, the microscope may be operated at any accelerating voltage ranging from 30 to 200 kV. Currently, the microscope is fully aligned at 80 and 200 kV.

Users with proven proficiency on Talos or similar STEM instrument may opt to be trained for unassisted operation of this instrument.
